1. Overview

These terms govern your use of monalisamoneymondo.com and any purchases made through our website or eBay store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Monalisa Money Mondo is operated by Hussam Chaban, based in Montreal, Canada.

2. Products & Authenticity

All banknotes sold by Monalisa Money Mondo are genuine and accurately described. Graded notes are authenticated by PMG (Paper Money Guaranty) and are sold in their original holders. We have been specialists in rare world banknotes since 2014.

Product images are representative of the actual item. Due to the nature of collectibles, minor variations in color may occur between screen display and the physical note.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. For eBay purchases, payment is handled through eBay's platform.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders include tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Auctions

Items listed as auctions are hosted on eBay. All bids are binding. By bidding, you agree to eBay's terms of service in addition to these terms. The winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Monalisa Money Mondo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
